Since @BOSCOE said something about being a “triple Taurus” back on page 76 of the 3rd thread, I’ve been curiously wondering what TS’ (LS/SM - whatever initials you use) astrological sign is. And what her moon sign is.

There are some signs that I definitely do not like & am wondering if she is one of those. Curiosity killed the cat but satisfaction brought it back. JS.

Also, since I’ve only been on WS since October I don’t really know much about this entire process, I would also like to know IF we don’t get all the details between now & if/when GS is found & LE makes an arrest, will we get the details during or after the trial or no?

There’s a case local to me that lead me here, that is considered closed to the public. In cases like these will we ever truly know what was said/what transpired during the court sessions?
We normally get the details during the trial, and if the court allows live or press inside, we get to follow it live.
there have been a few I have followed where no press can record during the court hearing so we have to wait until breaks to get the updates.
Then we have the closed trials where we don't see anything.
The first time I followed a court trial, I was amazed as to all the evidence that comes out during the trial.

Well, her call was reported to be at 6:55. I’m assuming it’s dark by then.
It’s completely 100% dark by 5:45 in February in Colorado

I know TS said she wasn't staying at the house because the biological mom was there. But why wasn't she really there? Was there immediate tension between her and the father? Do we know anything about their relationship before GS went missing? Have the other children expressed concern of TS?
Sorry for the questions, I didn't learn of Gannon until 5 days in.
That has bothered me. Did she call Dad, say we got a problem, come home now! He arrives wth Gannons mother and tosses her to the street? What did they know to join forces (good for them) so fast? Must not have been a happy home!
I’m still thinking munchausen by proxy, when daddy’s not home IMO!

Thanks! That makes sense then, as to why we haven't seen Tim Miller yet (or at all, perhaps), as EPC has got its own mounted unit.

I might have missed an earlier post but who's Tim Miller?

Do you mean a large bag like a duffel bag? I couldn't even see that.
Yes, and @wanenim pointed out that it may have been one of the items removed from the home in a brown evidence bag. IF it was a rifle, it won't be hard to prove if it plays a role in any of this.

A person can lose a lot of blood and still be mobile.

Wound could have been hours old, too, in which case there may have been a lot of blood loss without active bleeding at the time he went out to the truck.

JMO.
Additionally, there can be internal bleeding, which might show up as blood in vomit (sorry, graphic).

We're getting snow again tonight and more expected tomorrow. I was really hoping that Gannon would be found today.

I had to leave WS before after getting too emotionally involved with a case. I'm feeling my heartstrings being pulled hard by this one too.

I can't stop checking in on these threads regularly - each time hoping there'd be news of his whereabouts....

He runs a wonderful search team out of Texas. Equosearch, or something close a wonderful man.

IMO

Not that it REALLY matters, but I don’t think that the truck is a stick shift. I feel like her movements once out of the driveway would have been a lot more jerky (think 1st gear, shifting into 2nd etc) and on the video it appears smooth. IMO.

Word. For sure. But I don't know what kind of physical evidence would be left behind from her denying him something like an inhaler or a laxative, if any. We were wondering about what kind of things could have happened where there would be enough evidence for them to take out in bags, but still allow him to walk out to the truck.

Maybe just electronics and stuff?

Texas Equusearch. Amazing man whose own daughter died. Does incredible work, instrumental in many recoveries.

Great questions. I really want to know as well. There may have been a rift in the relationship prior to this. That’s the buzz.

Always leave you feel weighed down or too invested in some of these cases. We have all done that or raged online and gotten put into timeout. (Sorry moderators, sometimes worth it.) Handle what you can....take deep breaths and walk away went you can’t. We’ll be here waiting and welcome you back with a let’s go grin. Take care of yourself first!

They more than likely did consent, however in court, they would need proof of a warrant for reasons mentioned in the warrant.

I don't think so. If the warrantless search is valid, the evidence is valid in court without a warrant. jmo.
