This neighborhood is full of military personnel. What safer area would you want to live in? That no one saw anything but for the next door neighbor with his security camera is chilling.
I agree - and it's because he never walked to a friend's house that afternoon. In my neighborhood, we notice each other and I honestly think that is how most neighborhoods are, even if you aren't necessarily friends. If you saw a neighbor kid walking down the street, you'd recognize him as the neighbor kid even if you didn't know his name. You'd remember it if that kid later went missing. But nobody saw him that day walking down the street....because StepMom's story is a lie.

I can't even imagine harming a child, but I REALLY can't imagine not telling where he is. Who could live with that?! Make up whatever lie you want, but just tell LE where to find him. Tell where you went with him that afternoon.

I hope that the Stepmom did not get her daughter involved in this mess.

Woke up hoping for a break and reading that the search is now on a smaller scale. I'm sure I've missed some discussion here, but what are we to think by smaller searches vs. bigger? They have less to go on or more?

More and they are probably looking for a body and have more specialized searchers that would recognized disturbed ground and those sorts of things. Large general public searches are good for grid searches and looking for someone alive. IMO, at least.

Reminds me so much of Kyron Horman.

If she did, her daughter will talk. If her daughter talks, SM is in huge trouble.

Jmoo Gannon wasn’t at school that day wouldn’t there be texts or fb messages or snaps with the “friend” talking about going over I mean he texted as or ts he was going to friends why haven’t we heard of messages to said moo moo

It’s popular for kids to communicate through their gaming systems. They can use their headsets to talk to each other while gaming, and a lot of the games have a messaging feature as well. I don’t think there’s any history saved of conversations or chats like there would be on a cell phone though.

bbm

Well, we don’t know for sure what anyone saw/didn’t see. Just because one neighbor did a “tell all” with what he saw (seeing Gannon on Sunday morning, seeing Gannon on Mon.’s video surveillance)... doesn’t mean that all neighbors would publicize what they may have seen or any observations they have from prior sightings or interactions.

Though from what we see in neighbor’s video clip, only one car passes (and quite possibly saw nothing thanks to SM’s careful movements). No one is seen walking by or out in their driveway/yards.

I know in my neighborhood there are peak times when more people are out and about. There are many people walking dogs or escorting children around “bus stop” time, then there is a quiet time when parents are busy working from home or attacking household duties (or, stalking Websleuths site).

Unfortunately, at least in my neighborhood, 10:15 and 2:15 both fall into that “quieter time” category.

I’m a little surprised that no other cars passed during that time. An unfortunate stroke of luck for SM. (Though camera surveillance trumps witness statement anyway. Sorry about your luck, SM). Not.

There is a candlelight prayer vigil tomorrow night for Gannon in his neighborhood. I'm planning on going, but still hoping that we get information before then. Seeing everyone rally around his family is a beautiful thing.
We will be there with you. In spirit.

Or, she uses her to raise "reasonable doubt".

History of game chat can be saved on a cell and desktop . I am a mom to a teen boy ;) JMO

No one is going to believe that a 17 year old pulled this off, and committed a coverup.

The timeline and the rest of the evidence, probably doesn’t allow for it anyways.

Murder suspects frequently point the finger at others, even their own family members. Good luck to her if she tries it here, when and if that day comes.

IMO she absolutely did. In one breath she was whining how LEO "pointed guns" at her minor daughter in the middle of the store (which I will never believe until I see video evidence. Cops just don't start pulling out their weapons in the middle of a busy store for no reason.) Then her next breath she was pulling that minor daughter in front of a camera that was going to be aired all over the nation. I don't know if she has made her daughter lie, I'm leaning towards yes. She def got her 17 year old daughter involved, and IMO only a selfish narcissistic person would turn to their CHILD to help them out of a mess they themselves created.
MOO

I was thinking of PlayStation. That’s what my son uses.

I wasnt even proposing human trafficking in my original post. I was stating that she could have handed him to someone who could have him anywhere in the country. I was thinking more along the lines of just keeping him away from his parents to torture them or the accomplice killing him somewhere else and them needing to spread their search net out further then 2 hours away. Then sex trafficking came up and I understood what she was saying regarding demographics and victimology. I just think anything is possible. There are so many missing kids, teenagers, adults in this country that we could never say it isnt happening to them. So many. I follow all of these stories and people just vanish never to be seen again. Its horrific but its fact! Something we should never just push off the table especially when it comes to a child missing. Just saying to think outside the box ✌❤

IMO Looking at the facts presented thus far, the out of the box scenarios don't eliminate the guilt where it should be. SM left with Gannon and returned without him. He wasn't snatched from his home, neighborhood or mall. Whatever happened is on her. Whether handed off to a mystery man or traffickers or left out in the cold to freeze(more than highly unlikely), she is responsible.

You would certainly think so. Unless his friend had also stayed home sick, or was home schooled.

this was in response to @Corrupted1967
For some reason it’s not quoting the post for me.

BTW, here in Colorado Springs, it's snowing and snowing and snowing today. I know they're still searching, but this can't be making things easier. Praying for Gannon. Praying for his mom, dad, and sister. Praying for the searchers.

Narrowing down a search would tell me "more." But that's just me. JMO
