I am confused if she said we used a scent of his or found a scent of his.I agree that might be why they were there searching again.

She said on the first day they used the dog they got a scent.

It is my opinion that this is a very simple case. It will all be solved when we find him. Until we find him, SM will go out of her way to make this whole thing all about her, and also as complicated and confusing as possible.

That is still a lot of miles. If he is close, where do you start?
You start exactly where LE did, in Gannon’s neighborhood & work your way out in a 20 mile radius. It really doesn’t seem like many miles, but when you are searching for a person, you are right, it’s a lot of miles. I really believe LE is going to find GS...the way they are conducting these searches is truly amazing IMO

Amber Jo Cooper on Twitter

This is where 11-year-old Gannon Stauch was last seen two weeks ago today. Very quiet on the street right now. No activity happening as of 11:00 a.m.

Yeah, thats what I mean. Maybe AS heard Gannon crying in pain and that made him break down.

The report was that the father cried because the video showed that his wife lied about Gannon's movements that day.

Agreed. At this point, it’s a matter of finding where SM put him.

The key to that, is figuring out where she went on Monday Morning/early afternoon.

Right, but if she had left it in the store, she could have driven to a secret location, than later returned and got the phone. And said she was out doing errands and realised she lost her phone snd came back and retrieved it later. ?
That would not fit the story, that she remained within the area; she would be admitting to having gone somewhere else for a period of time before going back to retrieve the phone.

What stands out for me, is that for someone who apparently has a lot to say for themselves and appears to want to influence reactions to garner support, TS is missing a trick. All she needs to do to possibly exonerate herself and gain a stack of support, is to post a little message explaining why she left WITH little Gannon, and returned WITHOUT him. It's that simple.

JMO.

I’m so afraid giving her any ideas. Because of her self-centered behavior, there’s a good chance she has searched her name thoroughly.

Edit: searched and she’s found this board.

In my opinion, she knows her time is limited. She seems to have an urgency to get the story out before he is found. Her narrative, to me, says she wants everyone to believe that he ran away and was distressed. Maybe she will even try to throw out suicidal.
I hope there is a peaceful resolution to this situation, but my feelings are that he will be found close to the home in an attempt to look like an accident or self inflected demise.

And I find it very telling that she did not disclose this in her interview - super simple to prove innocence - of course at that time, she didn't know that the neighbor had her on video leaving with him and then returning as far as we know. If she knew she was caught on video she could have said - we ran errands and I dropped him off - then he returned home and left again ....(start the runaway story here...) she can't account for it at all so she's ranting about everything else but that

I've been doing some thinking about this case after having stepped away for the weekend.

1. This is TOTAL speculation on my part, but I think TS dumped him (alive) somewhere out of anger. I think she was still angry about recent events where he may or may not have misbehaved and when they left at appx. 10:15 am on Monday she drove him somewhere and then dumped him and told him to walk home. Then, maybe she panicked and went back to look for him. Maybe she didn't. Maybe she left him for good and didn't say anything until she had to answer to AS. But he ended up disappearing and now she has no answers. She can't admit to dumping him somewhere out of anger and telling him to walk home because we all know her reputation is very important to her. She may or may not be maintaining that it was an "accident" and this is what I think she means... she didn't mean for him to disappear when she dumped him, but that's what ended up happening and now she's screwed (in her mind). Quick edit: I think that's why she went with the runaway story instead of saying he was abducted from the house or something. Last edit: TS appears to be the type to fly off the handle and say/post/write things that she shouldn't, so I could see this being a "crime of passion" rather than something that was planned over an extended period of time. Thus supporting the idea that whatever happened was a reactive decision, not a calculated one. MOO!

2. I am super proud of CO LE for not handling this case like the Casey Anthony case. This case has gotten OUT OF CONTROL with social media and even accidental releases of evidence from main stream media. The Casey Anthony case was also out of control, but CO LE is handling it completely differently, and for that I am SO PROUD OF THEM!

Anyway, I reserve the right to change my mind on point number one, but for now I think that's what happened. Hopefully the truth will come out soon!!!!

This was my theory as well.

She has already responded to the public questions regarding the neighbors video showing her leave with him and appear not to come back with him. This is not in msm but she is out there working hard on SM to spin "her side" of the story.

Has it been mentioned by LE or in MSM that anything was missing from the house that might belong to Gannon? I know the clothing was non descriptive. And his phone was home. Anything else missing that we know of?

She cannot do this. She cannot tell the truth because she is not made that way. And they would arrest her immediately.

We have to also account for the time it took for LS to do whatever she did with GS. She didn’t drive 2 hrs out, just to turn around & come right back. The longest she would have driven IMO would be an hour & a half there, an hour & a half back. Leaves her plenty of time in between to hide GS. I don’t think she drove that far. I still think GS is close. MOO

I've been considering this myself. I often run errands around town and can often be gone from 10am until 2pm and never drove more than a few miles in any direction. I hate to even think it let alone say it or type it, but if she did kill this boy, or if he died in her care, and she took him someplace to conceal him, she had to have put some kind of effort into the concealment. This could be digging, or it could be covering up with rocks, leaves, branches, or whatever was on hand, wherever she (allegedly) took him. I've never concealed a person, but I can only imagine it takes some amount of effort to do a good job of it. So I would agree with you that it's quite possible Gannon is much closer to home than we might think. I hate even thinking this is possible but many of us followed the Lucas Hernandez case and were heartbroken to learn what his step-mother did to him, when she disappeared him, not too far from home. So yes indeed, it's certainly possible TS did the exact same thing.

Isn’t it true though that he COULD have gotten out on the other side of the truck? That no other neighborhood cameras were at the correct angle? It was the first thing I thought when I saw the footage. NOT that I believe most of what comes out of her mouth, but just that this could technically not be evidence? I just worry about all the crap she will try to use to get out of this horrifying mess that she created/concocted.
I personally think she could have left her phone in a store to throw off LE. Since phone pings are roughly a 1-2mile radius from a tower, I don’t think that LE could actually tell if her phone was sitting perfectly still for 2 hours?
moo!

Clearly she does not want anyone to know where she went after 11 am and before she picked up her phone.

I hope it happens soon. Surely it will. She is a lot more narcissistic than she is intelligent.

Unfortunately many locals have said there are simply too many places where you could drive up and drop something (I don't like writing "someone") off a cliff.

Wondering which vehicle the group rode in Sunday for their hiking trips? Was it the vehicle TS referenced in her now-infamous back-of-the-head interview?
