That autopsy report was more brutal than all the nightmares I've had about the assault on his little body. I hope to God that she drugged him to the max because that's the only way I can deal with this.

Good. I’m anxious to hear what she says. Thank you.

So everything LS did to Gannon was a determination to end his life? His little body fought hard.
I’m sure the jury can’t stand her. It’s really over for her.

He had defensive wounds to his hands. He knew what was happening, who was doing it and there was no one there to stop her.

It's worse than the worst nightmare.

I wonder if T and her team have confused 'insane' and 'senseless' because she wasn't insane -- as testified by her own actions -- but rewrites the dictionary for senseless.

I’ve been out all day. Has Harley been questioned yet? Thanks.

I'm not sure, so this is me asking a question. Am I right that the Prosecution is up first and gets to call all their witnesses, of which the Defense can cross-examine. Then, when it's the Defense's turn they get to call their witnesses. Harley will be called when the Defense starts calling their witnesses???

The prosecution generally goes first, followed by the defense; Witness Testimony: Each side calls witnesses and asks them questions about the case, and/or the defendant. The prosecution calls their witnesses, who can then be cross examined by the defense. The defense then calls their witnesses, who can be cross examined by the prosecution;...

I know he had defensive wounds. It's just so darn hard to wrap my head around it.

Harley is listed as a State's (prosecution) witness and it was specifically mentioned in the prosecution's opening statements that they will have Harley testifying for them. I believe she is also on the defense's list also.
