Harley had to work the morning of Jan 27th, 2020. She says she left the house around 8 am. She had slept in the same bed with her mother the night before but texted her mother "are you here" that morning before leaving for work. Believes her mom wasn't in bed when she woke up.

Letecia texted that she had burned her arm when she jumped on the fire to put it out. Harley is asked if she saw a burn on Letecia when she arrived home. Harley doesn't seem to remember any burn on Letecia. Says she can't remember. Asked and she says she had been concerned when texted about Letecia being burned, and yet when home doesn't seem to see a burn. (Harley slept with her mother in a bed and still isn't mentioning a burn on Letecia.)

The rental truck that LS used to transport Gannon’s body to Florida was tracked to RI.

LE in RI searched the van and found evidence that supported the theory that a body had been transported in the truck.

The rental van LS drove from CO to SC ended up in Rhode Island. Testimony has already been given on that.

I'm trying to keep an open mind, but there have been some "i don't know/I don't remember"s that are suspicious. Especially waking up after sleeping with her mom the night before, texting her mom "are you here?", not seeing her mom that morning then and then not remembering if her mom's car was at the house when she left for work. Wouldn't that stand out in her mind? That her mom is nowhere to be found the early morning after a fire? And she doesn't even notice if her mom's car is there?

Harley got a text message from Gannon's phone on Jan 27th, day of Gannon's disappearance. Her understanding of the text was that Letecia, her mom, left her phone at home and if she needed anything to text Gannon's phone.
