By bringing people, information, forensic science and technology together, NamUs helps resolve cases.
www.namus.gov
New information was added for this body to NamUs last month on March 5 that was not there before:
- Scar/mark: Right thumb- hypertrophic linear scar (20 X 2 mm)
- Piercing: Left ear lobe pierced (no jewelry worn). Of note- Right ear lobe NOT pierced.
They also updated some of the other descriptions (I have bolded the new inclusions):
- Bright blue short -sleeve t-shirt with the inscription "WORLDWIDE NETWORK/ 1019 NGX 2397" on the front and a cartoon alien on the back.
- Nickname/Alias (despite the deceased being said to have used alias names elsewhere outside of NamUs and as indicated in handwritten notes on his INS pictures in NamUs, they were only entered into the designated section recently)
* Diego Perez, S. Franco, Julio Costa-Laso, James Edgar Franco, Armando Aguila Franco, Pablo Marquez-Soto
I italicized Pablo Marquez-Soto because this alias wasn't really mentioned anywhere else prior besides his Arapaho County Coroner entry, unlike the others, which were seen on the falsified DL and INS pictures, and had not ever been mentioned here. His Arapaho County Coroner entry is here, and mentions the total number of alias names associated with him is
FOURTY-SEVEN+ (but this is also new, and was only added to that site sometime after January 2026):
John/Jane Doe
I italicized S. Franco, which is the name from the Pine Lodge mugshot, because I think it is interesting no first name was included. This would normally indicate to me that they don't actually know what name he used under that arrest, or that he did not provide one at all, but I have a theory as to why this one is different based on possible sources used by whoever made these edits.
The following information was previous in older versions of his NamUs but has since been removed (I don't think any of this is consequential, and reformatting of text on NamUs occurs all the time)
- Estimated PMI: 3 Days
- Eye Description: Equal
