leen Richard Farwell drove away from Longs Peak Hospital on Sunday, Feb. 24 around 8:21 p.m.

Farwell is reported to have Alzheimer’s and is insulin-dependent. According to the missing persons report, he does not have a cell phone or any medication on him.

Farwell does not have any friends or family in the Longmont area and his wife states that she has “no idea where he might go.”

When seen last he was wearing an orange, hooded coat and red plaid pants. He was driving an electric blue 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser, license plate number CO YOX268.

Farwell is 72 years old with grey hair and brown eyes.

Glenn Richard Farwell, 72, was last seen at 10:21 p.m. Sunday driving away from UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital at 1750 East Ken Pratt Blvd.,, according to a news release from Longmont Master Police Officer Mark Cooper.
