24-year-old missing from Boone, Colorado

The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help in finding a 24-year-old man who has been missing since early January.

Ian K. Willcoxon was last heard from on January 4.

Pueblo investigators looking to locate man missing since Jan. 2017

Police say Willcoxon also lived part-time in Conroe, Texas. Investigators have been working with Texas authorities to try and locate him as well. Pueblo investigators believe someone in the area may know his whereabouts.

There is just no information out there. They posted his last address but they don't say if he took everything with him, they don't say if he had a car, nothing.

Ian is a Navy veteran and moved to Colorado in the summer of 2016 after he was laid off from a job in Texas.

His mother said he worked on a marijuana grow farm in Boone with a friend. The two shared a home in Boone, where they lived part-time.

The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office released a statement this weekend saying they believe someone in the Pueblo area has information on where Willcoxon is and are asking for that person to come forward with information.

Details of Disappearance
Willcoxson was last seen in Boone, Colorado on the morning of January 4, 2017. He has never been heard from again. He lived with a friend in the 2300 block of 57th Lane in Boone and also part time in Conroe, Texas. He had moved to Colorado in the summer of 2016 after he was laid off from his job, and got a job on a marijuana farm there.

The only belongings that disappeared with Willcoxson were the clothes he had on, his phone, his keys, his wallet and his gun. The day before he went missing he had bought groceries, and had gotten in touch with his landlord in Texas to say he'd pay the monthly rent when he returned. He was supposed to fly to Texas on January 4, but the flight had been canceled due to inclement weather.

Since Willcoxson's disappearance there has been no activity on his phone or financial accounts. He is a Navy veteran. His case remains unsolved.
