Bumping case up.
I don't mean to be insensitive. I took a look to see if there are any "John Does" in CO who could be him.
It's not likely but this one could be looked at -

NamUs UP90212 : Found in 2020 but in El Paso county.

This case reminds me of so many others, where a male goes running into a forested area and goes missing. I hope answers come soon in this case.
