Oh no, you did good calling her that if that's what she is. I just think its crazy that there are people out there with that character. I know they are out there, I just think its nuts. My comment was just towards his "fans", not you.

Ohio man judged insane who threatened john boehner. Hardly similar to #theatershooting trial. Insanity defense has limited value.

It's not even a good closing, I never really zone out of a defense closing. They're usually compelling no matter if I'm prosecution bias, they're mostly on point.

OM Goodness..Nervous breakdown equates to Psychotic break...I can be witness to nervous breakdown's in ER's for over 30 years..and NONE of them indicated Psychotic behaviour's..Psychotic behaviour was obvious..The patient had no clue what they were doing nor where they were..nor what was happening and became combative.."Self-preservation mode">THAT is someone who has not any idea of what, where, who they are much less WHAT THEY DID to get them where they were at THAT time.....True obvsservations!!
The mere fact JH has the where withal to react on the scene to respond in such a way to NOT get hurt..He's very lucky..as the LE could have never been faulted for killing him in his spot!! Think of the $$ that would have been saved..Sad but true!!
Defence Attny's would never have made their income post murders..Family would know the Mass Killer was Dead..and No way this self-absorbed person could cause re-victimizations!!
