I heard that too...There are so many victims I can't recall which one that would be....Maybe because that victim to survive was only emotionally injured..or something less...It kind of says a lot..they really did listen to the testimony!!!!!

ALL they required was to negate the def.'s NGRI..FAIL!!! The guilty verdicts after a few mean's it's at the very least LWOP..leaves prison VERTICAL..No walking in freedom for the rest of his God forsaken life!! They should charge him for breathing oxygen!!

If Holmes locks his knees and faints due to it, will they stop reading the verdict and revive him, or will they continue to read while he is passed out on the floor ??

Why was there a attempted 2nd degree?

Was it the person who was injured in theatre 8?
Possibly because he didn't deliberately point the gun at that person?
Just guessing here
