Ohh Dear Lord...King's complaining about Brauchler using term deceive?????? What a crock..He admitted to deceit by omission to tell the truth to his psychiatrists..He even admitted to doing that to Reid..He said if he told the truth that "They would stop him" Can't weight to hear this Judge's come back on that point...SMH Gerrrrrrr not to be confused with GUR LOL

ETA~~~ Closing statements are not evidence...only an outline of what his CIC showed ..and the same for King...

Why does King correct himself when he starts to say "your honour". He stops himself and calls him "judge" instead.

King should have know the State will do and has done their homework. The defense is not always prepared, that was seen yesterday when Nelson kept saying she did not have time to go over the info the Judge had written/corrected/changed. Everyone else did but her?

I am having to listen to all this right now as I am cleaning...yuck..really cleaning...the grand girls are coming!!!! Will be back soon to check in

If King has been surprised with this PowerPoint at the last minute he sure found lots of case law quickly to back up his argument!

This discussion perhaps is really going to mess up the lunch break, as the prosecution said they would do one hour and 30 minutes before lunch... saving the last 30 of their allowed 2 hours for rebuttal. Closing arguments should not be interrupted imho.

Hope those jurors are eating now as they are going to be late for lunch imho. I wonder if this is strategy?
