Intentionally..killed a child...Ohhh Geesh..Even JH considered the the child as collateral ..BUT his intention was to try and kill whomever was in that theatre..
So according to defence..It's their fault for bring a child to a theatre at midnight...She's actually starting to raise my blood pressure now..Have no idea how this judge keeps from blowing up!!!!

The last Colorado execution was in 1997. Even if that was his sentence he would most likely die of natural causes by the time they do all the appeals.

JH moving around and reading today. Since the jury read the verdict he doesn't have to fake his catatonia in the courtroom again till Wednesday.

I noticed that too. Besides, his not moving during the whole trial; he is the only defendant that I saw NOT taking notes or speaking to his attorneys during the trial!

I know I don't have legal training but I always understand what the prosecution are arguing. With Nelson it just becomes a blur of case law and constitutional rights. I can't work out what she actually wants. This judge must have the patience of a saint.

I think most of us here dislike everyone on defense. Lol. I think miss Nelson speaks very intelligently. Remember she is being paid to save JH life. It's her job. I like her better then Wilmont and Nurmi on JA case.

Yes she looks, acts, and dresses very professional more than the other two frumpy woman on PT with stringy hair. I'm for the DT. GB did an awesome job he's a great attorney.
