No.. Not until the Trial is completely over.. That includes Sentencing

well, I hope she's embarrasses & ashamed!!!!!!!! To defy the judge's rulings & WTH is her husband is her calling her asking her things about the trial during the trial day!!!!!!!!! Dishonest people. TSK

It would be sad to dismiss her for coming forward and telling the truth.

releasing her would be punishing her for following judges instructions and coming forward to tell the truth.

I feel like it would be a mistake to dismiss her. It also doesn't send the right message to future jurors - if you are completely honest about another juror's questionable actions, you might get dismissed too.

Judge - I have questioned multiple jurors. what 673 heard is not prejudicial to defendant. Only knows vague details
