Thanks for the updates!!!!!! OMG! I was out for an eye appt. Thought I was just going to miss the dry dr.'s testimony. LOL

I know in that other trial in Arizona (arias)---they interviewed them privately --- in Judge chambers...

This Judge doesn't do very much privately.. which I Like Very Much!!

People are saying the jury should be sequestered. Not sure how that would work for the ones with children. It would be months!

Went out for a haircut. Was afraid I'd miss a lot. certainly got interesting.

This little "mishap" is going to screw up the court schedule, the witness schedule, plus probably piss off most of the jurors, not to mention the Judge. I have a feeling each side is going over their respective "juror profiles" If either DT or PT thinks the naughty juror is already sympathetic to their side, they will want to keep her, IMO
