I have been having problems all day. I have to close websleuths entirely when I am listening to the trial because of the audio ads here. Grrrr.

Looks like hes actually watching this part. So hard to tell though.

There appeared to be a TV screen way over the Judges head. We never see it on because the camera is on the person testifying or somewhere else lower. I wonder if JH is watching the screen over the Judges head and it appears that he is not looking at video. I bet he is watching out of the sides of his eyes too.
