I just googled his name and there are a bunch of websites criticizing him about leaving his kids and then-girlfriend behind.

I don't remember that particular story... so its new to me.

Lol! Yeah maybe! I think he might be in the very corner where the camera doesn't show. One of the other attorneys was turned around talking to someone there. Maybe that is him.

Ah yes! He does sometimes sit back there.

He left the 4 month old baby on the stairs and jumped over the staircase barrier and escaped out of the cinema. He drove away.

That precious baby could have been trampled or shot. It really bothered me. I got quite angry.

It is so amazing how many people react to this the same way----astonished & upset that someone would run out on their family---especially when you hear of others laying on top of girlfriends to attempt to shield them.....SMDH

Yeah, I've been reading more details. I find it interesting that in her testimony today, she doesn't mention the guy who apparently did shield her and helped her out of the theater.
