JH doesn't want DP so it was his only option. Even if jury finds him guilty it is up to them to sentence him to LWOP or DP.

Lets be clear here--JH doesn't want death otherwise, he would be dead by police officer or his own gun.....there is no way this guy wants to die----nope (done in JH voice)

Actually great time of year to go as well---Most kids back in school-Its crowded but not as bad as summer traffic.....did I mention I love Disneyland??????

Perhaps they already know that this juror is a designated alternate?? So wouldn't be involved if there was post conviction deliberations surrounding DP versus LWOP :thinking:

Depends on who people call--this Judge seems like he knows his job and will do it---

The DA wants DP that's why he turned down LWOP offer.. They want death. JH does not he wanted to not go to trial by pleading guilty with LWOP. His really only defense NGRI since we already know he did it. DA did not accept because they are hoping for DP. By going to trial he still has a chance of getting LWOP. I don't think he will win insanity plea so therefore it will probably come down to DP or LWOP. If it is LWOP I wish they would have accepted that plea instead of giving him all this media attention by going to trial.

I'm sorry for the bad typing I'm on my iPad and I'm not the best typist. Lol
