I believe the prosecution will end with Veronica Moser Sullivan's mother.

I do too. And it's what I hope for...

Me either but I'd probably remember if a masked gunman came in there and I had to dodge bullets!

I would definitely remember the general area and maybe if I was at the end of a row but if it was crowded in a large theater I would think the exact seat would be hard to know.

I'm sure it's obvious to y'all when I get home from work every day because you don't hear a peep out of me until around the same time every day and, because I have to play catchup, I'm always commenting about something discussed way earlier. Sorry about that.

BUT I work as a clerk for my county's school district and we just started our summer schedule this week---Friday's off! So maybe I'll be around tomorrow and you'll hear more from me & at the relevant times. Sorry about that too... LOL :)

ETA: never mind... I saw there's no court tomorrow. Good gahhhh!

I can check in tomorrow if you want to chat about the evidence once you've had a chance to catch up?

Yeah I actually just said the same thing to my boyfriend. But then I figured they were probably interviewed by LE right that night or the next day, so there would be some type of documentation about it when it was still fresh in their minds? But I still think I'd say "maybe 5 or 6 rows up and 7 or 8 seats down from the right" or something like that.

In terms of remembering where they sat, these victims have been prepped by the prosecution for years... I am sure that notes were taken very early on about where everyone was sitting. So the fact that they can identify it in court today doesn't mean that much to me.

In other words, lets say there was no trial. By now, probably many of them would have even fuzzier memories of where they sat in that theater... and some of them would never forget where they sat.

Does anyone remember how many people were in theater 9 that night? I did a quick google search and didn't find it.

I don't know how many seats there were but the theatre was full.

But they have been relieving these details for the last few years. I'm sure they cemented some details while healing --LE in esrigation a d all

Zoey is MIA..Hope she's okay??? Hurry back my friend!! That's the only reason I'm posting tweets...

I ended up doing some yard work. That last girl really messed me up -- I felt so very bad for her.

Omundson is choking up as he describes trying to flee. "He wouldn't get up." He and friend tried to pick up Larimer. #theatershooting

This is so VERY hard to listen to :-(((..REminds us of the horror of the moment for these victims....Just to mention..I'm a widow of Vietnam vet who for the rest of his life..constantly had terror dreams recalling war experiences...This young man will be no different than war hero's who experience such (PTSD) symptoms!! God Bless him and ALL of the victims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God bless all those veterans. Currently dealing with husband PTSD. Its really sad going g to VA--makes you realize that war is all kinds of ugly.

Thank you that's a lot more than I thought. I often think of how difficult that would be to get under my movie seat. I am 5"11 and I'm sure many were over 6' ft. I just don't know how they squeezed under their seats. When I go to the show I always feel like I don't have much room going to the restroom and snacks walking over people. I have real long legs. I just can't imagine each person able to get down and under their seat. Thank god they were able to.

Did it bother anyone else that the attorneys found it necessary to ask Gardi about her intimate relationship with the defendant? Especially the defense attorney. She really hammered on the "friends with benefits" aspect. It puts Gardi in an uncomfortable position in the public, with her parents, future boyfriends, boyfriend's parents ... Seemed rude and unnecessary.

I think it was necessary. The jury need to see how JH was behaving in the run up to the shooting. How he conducted all aspects of his life. He is claiming insanity. It seems that he wasn't showing much of that to me.
