Good--I'm not the only one! Having a bit of confusion this morning with my computer--I'm getting the stream but it's not matching the screen--when I mute the web site I still continue to hear---really odd! :scared:

I cannot take Vit D meds at all. Does sitting in the sun help...for how long do you do it and what time of day....thanks....I never thought of it and my dr is not helpful.

My doctor told me a person with good vitamin D levels needs at least 15 minutes a day.

He told me to sit for at least 30 minutes without any sun lotion. This is all well and good but I burn! I have to take supplements too. I try to do at least 20 minutes a day.

I should probably do more - maybe 15 mins in the morning and 15 mins in the late afternoon when it's not so hot.
