Hicks was on the left side of Theater 8 near the top during #theatershooting. She was on far side away from Theater 9. They saw smoke

Hicks had bullet lodged in left side of her face. Bone graft was put in to replace lost bone, had braces to realign teeth. #theatershooting

This last witness was in theater#8 seated on other side of theatre away from #9..and whatever hit her did this kind of damages after projectile's went through the walls kind of reminds you what the velocity was of those pellets and bullets. Those injured and killed in #9 got met full force of those same projectiles....SMH

Hi guys I took a break from this trial. So far I'm not seeing or reading anything that is going to help JM win insanity plea even after Fentons testimony. He could have been hiding his psychotic episode which I know first hand they can do in order not to be committed on involuntary 5150 hold in locked psych hospital. He didn't want to be locked up or his mission unsuccessful. Not looking good for him IMO

He did a lot of "sane" things before anything went down. Not saying that he doesn't have any mental health problems---but he wasn't "insane" at time of shooting. He knew what he was doing and some of the witnesses have testified that they saw him aim---so he had a purpose in his mind of what to do---The ones I feel for are those victims that have to testify a few feet from the shooter/killer
