Sorry..late to the part here..What's this side about about?? This past week alone they've spent almost a whole court day at the side bar..Maybe they should have "Barstools" up there ..and put headphones on JH to listen to the arguments like other trials offer to defendants!!

I'm with you on that one----that all the games they seem to play.
This defense I just don't get---we know he did it--they know he did it and yet they deny deny deny----crazy :scared::gaah:

Funny, I left before lunch during the 1/2 hr sidebar. Just came back & they're at it again!!!!!!!! :tantrum:

This long wait is all due to objections relating to emails from this professor

Def. is so transparent..They always object to evidence first citing not entered into evidence..then onto hearsay..then onto cumulative..then onto irrelevant..the list goes on and on...IF this keeps up everybody will have to come in Monday including the jury and they can figure out why!!! All on defence that they have to come in and having to cancel planned things they arranged during lunch hour!!
