Lordy Lordy...One flew over Cuckoo Cuckoo nest reference...But I just want to affirm..That Psychiatrist's ALWAYS ask.."Why would you say that" looking for reasoning and rationale of their patient...

BTW~~ Liked the fact he noted JH's reference to Lynne F. as Fenton..which explained..often said when patient demeaning their HC provider....THE START of JH's HATRED towards Fenton..and included into his "Notebook"...

Hate to tell you..But these folks knew he HATED people..yet could not prove he had any plans carryout homicide..as they have already ruled out suicidal ideations...

NOW I understand why Fenton breaking the rules in calling parent (mother) and contacting other's...She needed PROOF to commit him..but didn't have it yet!!

I think both psychiatrists seem/seemed awkward on witness stand. IMO. I think they both did the best they could with what they had.

JH said he had been playing video games. When asked why not studying, JH said he knew what he had to do. Was unphased

Someone mentioned seeing the Drs before "the mission" may have been JH trying to use the visits as an alibi of insanity later.. after the crime.
I believe that's very possible.
If so... What a smart booger JH thinks he is!!!

Just as a learned and experienced POV..I have dealt with psychotic thinking folks over my 45+ years of experience..and believe me..NOT one of them could stop themselves from venting their thinkings ..The simple fact is, JH remained controlled, which directly indicates he was in full capacity and ABLE to act normal...Psychotic/Delusional phases NOPE..In my best JH intonations!!

JH was in full control and Sane doing his planning and then completing his plan of Mission...He even thought a phone call ( lasting about 30 seconds to a help line) would talk him out of it means he was conscious and rational in all his actions....Best JH and his whole defence team better get on their knees and pray..because their claim has been disproved everyday!!

I agree--he may have raised red flags but nothing anyone could do. He planned mental defense
