Again, I ask- how by showing a video from Nov. 12 indicate he was Insane on July 19, 20?????
I say by that time, he was told to get 'nutty' in the jail, by his def. team so that he has a chance of a defense.

I agree--but in their minds I guess it shows the possibility of "crazy"??????????:gaah:

To me, he looked like a bratty child having a temper tantrum but after a while, he got up calmly, on his own to go with the guards.
I was expecting them to have to take him out by force, kicking & screaming
I did notice that he had enough sense to keep his head up - he didn't hit his head on the wall or floor!

Defense has said it will take less than 2 weeks to present its case in #theatershooting trial. Trial now expected to end in August.

What I took from that falling backwards off the bed video:
* It was planned. He took his time getting into position before falling.
* Why did he do that? He wanted to injure himself and he was trying to find ways to show he was insane (i.e. a sane person would not do that)
