Hi LyndyLoo, wondering where you were.
This doc spent 2 hours with him on 7/24/12. He was there by request from defense only to examine to determine if he was able to stand trial. I don't know how he got all this BS he's spewing on the stand right now unless he visited him more over time. He made a lot of conclusions in 2 hours.

Ohhh I agree if my impression was those 2 hours...So yes...This witness is only wasting time..and using a whole lot of verbal Hyperbole to impress the jury...SO even a few days post massacre..JH remained calm..and still able to recall everything and even tho his flat affect would be normal for any prisoner who KNOWS what they did was Legally wrong acted depressed...So just because his past pointed to socially shy, uncomfortable with others..all of a sudden leads this guy to a HUGE Big Letter Diagnosis..SMH...

I haven't been able to post or keep this link ( WS) because of loading, timing out ( like JH does ROFLMBO) and getting booted..Gerrrrrrrr..I want to blame atmospherical/solar flares interruptions...but fear it's the site..as this doesn't happen in any other windows I have open or use..SMH :tantrum:

I feel so sleepy listening to this testimony. I suppose it doesn't help that I feel like Dr Woodcock is testifying way beyond what he actually should be.

Reporters in courtroom must be as bored as we are (or asleep). No tweets coming in.

Woodcock mention a "very strong family history" for a psychotic disorder in JH's family. #theatershooting

If this expert only had 2 hours with JH, even if other exerts have two hours with JH, if I was a juror, I sure would look at the states expert who really spent time with JH, video taped the sessions for several reasons, accuracy in reporting what actually was said, there was no elaborations on the doctors remembering what was said, it was there as a fact, the time spent showed a lot of concern and that the doctor wanted to get all the info he could from JH. It is evident that JH change his 'stories' when talking to each doctor at different times. Some of this could be because of medication, time gone by but he also googled a lot of illnesses. I don't think any of the experts will ever agree as to what is really wrong with JH, except he has a problem. I hope he is convicted, because I sure do not want to see him sent to a facility for treatment and then released....because he has shown that he does not take his medication correctly and with that said, if ever released I would fear he would take more lives again.

Woodcock: JH never referred to a higher power controlling him, such as a demon or god. But thoughts had power over him. #theatershooting

Woodcock: "Intelligence has nothing to do with this. This is a disease process." #theatershooting

Doc claimed a few minutes ago that JH didn't tell anyone (like shrinks) his plan for mass murder because if he did tell, then he would have to carry it out.

Oh yeah,,,,,that makes sense. He carried it out anyway.

I have to keep rebooting my computer to get a live feed. Feed just stops. I've tried different ones but they won't play. :gaah:

This guy has NO Idea what dehydrations does to a human being....What JH did in the jail in November was self induced to enable him to do what he did...Just look up Hypernatremia to see what happens to ones thinking processes...

In JH's case he already knew that since he wasn't on any meds at this time..he needed to help himself to lose his fear of having pain..since he has already proven his fear of pain..ala body armour and protections so he wouldn't feel pain ( including drugs that fateful night)...

As I said..can not wait for Brauchler to cross this guy ..He's working too hard ( over-enphasising his/their view) to explain away Defence's side..yet cannot go to the ability to know right from wrong...Def. is wasting my time thru this witness...Gerr!!

king & woodchuck keep repeating the word 'psychosis' hoping the word sticks in jurors minds. There was no psychosis or hallucinations---just an evil mind planning to murder. IMO

Why would the defence use a witness who doesn't agree with their case?!

It's probably all they have to work with because they couldn't find anyone who would claim he's insane. That's the only reason that seems logical to me.

This "paid expert witness" is talking too long and using too many words. He is really stretching out his testimony. (see my signature)

I agree. But dragging this evidence out just looks desperate to me.

What we see in #theatershooting court today: @johningold wrote about the defense's appeal to the head; prosecutors appealed to the heart.

Sorry as I haven't been able to post much..but listening to this testimony by Dr. Woodcock.....I'm not seeing anything he has said points to JH NOT capable of understanding right from wrong...Sure he's MI...But was maybe too smart to NOT understand his actions against Social norms..thus hid, denied and diverted whatever his plan's entailed..including understanding that he better not hit that old lady, speed on his way to theatre because He would be stopped from carrying out his massacre and collecting points SMH

BTW~~ Did I read somewhere this guy only spent a few hours with JH?

bbm

Yes, you did. I think he has spent more time on the stand than he did with JH.... dunno fer shure...

LOL..This guy just explained JH to the "T".."Antisocial Personality Disorder" i.e rule breakers...then went onto to say high functioning ( JH) can avoid getting into trouble because THEY know how to act...LOL According to this low information guy..says no...Does he even realize he just described his client..then goes on to say NO..

I say..SO much for his credibility!!!!!! :scared::shame:
