A defense attorney sat in with the doctor during the 2 hour session with Holmes. The attorney provided an answer for a question asked to Holmes. Geez!

@larryryckman: Brauchler notes that a defense investigator sat in on Woodcock's interview with JH. That's not ideal, Woodcock concedes.

@larryryckman: Woodcock felt it would be helpful to have a defense investigator present to relay information to the defense team.

@larryryckman: Brauchler notes that there is general guideline that says he ought to interview defendant alone. But he deviated from that to help the team.

Now he using big words and long talk again being pompous to sound superior.

LOL..Yep..That's called Bloviating..It's verbal diarrhea covering a whole lot of ASShats......The simple fact..Guys like him depends ONLY on Self Reporting ( which has always been a thorn in my side)//and deny any peripheral information..as they normally have NO ACCESS to such due to HIPPA...Something that many JH supporters want to suggest contacting mother regarding JH was somehow against HIPPA!! Hummming!!

Forensics is a whole different animal?? Ability to incorporate the WHOLE versus Self report info....Therefore This guy basically made his determination on JH 's mental State!!

This Cross is entertaining..and exposing Defence for their agenda!!!!

Anyone else think the juror's will throw this guy's opinion get booted??

@larryryckman: Brauchler asks Woodcock whether defense investigator jumped in and answered a question for the defendant during session.

Ohhh, this is cruel. SMH. That poor man. BUT, the defense opened another door and let this expert in the courtroom and on the witness stand, so all is fair.

I can't imagine any juror taking this Dr. seriously....defense atty. answering for the killer?

@larryryckman: Brauchler: Are you testifying from your memory or are you just reading from your notes? Woodcock: It's a combination.

Dr Woodcock's answers are snippy. He is clearly under pressure!

He is earning bundles of money for this. It is a job that he gets paid for. These paid experts have think skin. He'll get over any humiliation when he cashes his check.

@larryryckman: Woodcock doesn't remember what JH said about how often he has contact with his parents, but he says it's in his notes.

@larryryckman: Woodcock is now pausing to reread his notes about anxiety interfering with school. Brauchler: You discussed this with him?

  • #336
@larryryckman: Brauchler: JH said anxiety caused him problems in discussion groups. He didn't mention rotations?

@larryryckman: Brauchler hammering Woodcock over why JH says he quit school. "Quite frankly, I don't remember the specific context of that question."

Gotcha!

@larryryckman: Woodcock says he doesn't remember every question that was asked and the context in which they were asked.

@larryryckman: Woodcock has tried to limit his answers to what JH told him in July 24, 2012, interview.

At this point Juan would say "Doctor, do you have trouble with your memory?"

  • #340
@larryryckman: Brauchler wondering why Woodcock testified about "dysphoric mania," even though Woodcock never wrote that down during July 24 session.
