doc has lost credibility for me. wonder what jury is thinking?
I think the doc is fibbing

Out and out lying----I call BS on most of his testimony that I have heard and I missed yesterday!

Why did the good doctor leave the stand before he finished? Not that I'm complaining but don't recall reading anything about this :thinking:

There was a witness (a jail officer) who needed to testify yesterday due to a surgery he was having today. The Dr stepped down temporarily so he could take the stand.

ETA just realised this was already answered! Oops!

Zoey -Yesterday, one of the first things doc testified to is that he does NOT recall independently his jh interview of 7/24/12. He only knows what was said is based on notes he took that day! That's why he had to refer to reading his notes thru GB's questioning.
He didn't state that with King.
I know memories fade but a psych doc having no memory of interviewing jh 4 days after the murders????
I don't know about that.

When Dr Reid testified he had a LOT of independent memory of his time with JH. He really impressed me with his memory considering he was 70 years of age!

Well in his favor perhaps in dealing with dementia and Altz. patients.......
I just can't believe this guy---but can't say enough how impressed I am with Mr. B

Brauchler - Did you not see the purchases for Fandango with theater 9
Woodcock - JH was psychotic/delusional and his behavior was lost in that state

Woodcock - JH was in middle of struggle. He wasn’t able to make choices, “going with the flow

Brauchler - show me where he lacked control up to when he pulled the trigger 70 plus times?

Woodcock - the delusional impulses go back to middle school, increasingly ill in spring 2012.
