Defense says they have 3 psychologists who will testify to testing methods and variables. Judge agrees. bbm

My mom had dementia---I wouldn't want this doctor to treat her -- especially some of her delusions during her funtime of "sundowning" which could start quite early in the morning.....

With the internet and various TV programs (ID discovery, dateline, 20/20 etc) people are aware of mental health issues--even watching news you come across it---and autism is out front and center

Sorry, I should have been more clear. In the juror profile there are a few jurors who have experience with mental health issues.

Good One! Isn't it common for a person to go psychotic because of the fact that he committed a murder.
Not exact wording, but you get idea.
