hey everyone!! long time no talk!
gonna try my best to keep up with the trial this week and comment here more.
I was a bit behind last week but caught up with Woodcock's testimony...I can't believe he was admitted as an expert...craziness.
His testimony hurt the defense so badly IMO. to a point where I feel like they can't possibly prove insanity any further than already miserably attempted and failed.
i have a gut feeling something's gonna happen today because of that.
if I'm not mistaken JH can change his plea to guilty right? the evidence of sanity far outweighs the insanity plea. I think after Woodcock's testimony which they thought was so crucial ended up hurting them that they'll end up trying to make a "deal" pleading guilty if it means life without parole and no death penalty.

I'm probably wrong but just a hunch!

Dr Davis will be called today. Pros objects to diagnosis of psychosis since they aren’t asking she be an expert witness
She is a doctor at Denver Health. Several docs on tap today from Denver Health

King says they’re fact witness and saw/treated JH at Denver Health for psychosis with medications.

King says that their report said psychosis, observed JH was psychotic
