Ohhh my Def. now concerned about a few juror's having some medical knowledge....LOL Too bad SOO SAD...It's known thru voire dire that they had such a background.....:happydance:

Def. is weak as it is...medical knowledge isn't really necessary to see that JH did a lot of research and acted with full understanding on what to hide or how to act + realize the wrongfulness of his PLAN!! End of story!!

Court heard from APD's Gary Rivale before lunch. He watched Holmes before post-#theatershooting interview. Nothing big. Said he acted weird.

The jurors are complaining about the court room being cold. Judge says he can’t please everyone and to dress accordingly

It's much safer to have it cold versus too hot as we can't have the juror's disrobing in the courtroom! ROFLMBO

15 to 20 minutes is a quick shower for me!!!

I've always thought better to be cold than overly hot in a professional setting---you can always add clothing --- but are limited in removing some clothing items....:thinking:

We use to call high profile patients by John Doe or Jane Doe for both security and confidentiality purposes. It's amazing when media approaches you and grills you about stuff surround the high profile person...It's easy to say..Can't say as I'm not privy to anything I can share...That was always my pat answer..I also would add..I cannot confirm or deny even if the person you are asking about is even here...Always got that wry smile after that...Easy to keep straight face too!! Any patient admitted under Jane/John Doe became a NO GO Zone for me...:blushing:

Turns out Holmes had pseudonym. Dr. Holland confirms he was brought to Denver Health post-#theatershooting under the name "Brady Arkansas."

It's also likely there's a few gals on the jury suffering from Change of Life Hot Flashes...I started them in my 40's...too early to go thru such things like that..especially when trying to perform tasks in an ER Setting.:shame::gaah:
