The defense wants to present slides as demonstrative evidence during Dr. Robert Hanlon's testimony.
Prosecutors claim the defense did not provide the slides to them until last night. They do not feel slides of quotes are not proper demonstrative evidence

He may also answer questions about the contents of a notebook that the gunman mailed to CU psychiatrist Lynne Fenton anica.padilla

Shades of arias trial, where the def. doc Samuels, hand scored her tests-then didn't like the results because they didn't fit in with the def. so then he rescored it! Juan exposed the doc.
