I think Mr. B actually used Dr. M to Pros. advantage...I have to say..she really didn't try and avoid answer questions like Dr Woodcock did!! She was also very careful to use the term MI versus Psychotic..

Very telling to me..I think she actually validated what Prosecution is suggesting...JH has total ability to think thru, plan and implement that plan with cognitive knowledge and understanding of what the implications are...ALL going back to the Colorado Law on Sane vs Insane :drumroll:
