It appears the defence has resorted to throwing the whole pot of spaghetti against the wall and see what sticks...The def. can prove JH is an odd duck, antisocial and hates the world..But that does not mean he's insane.

The def. doesn't have to prove he is insane tho..the shoe is on the other foot as Pros. is the party that has to prove he was NOT insane...opposite to most states.

anyone else think it's odd the way King keeps referring to Dr Manguso's testimony while questioning Dr Hanlon? Why not just ask him the question?
I think the defense saw Manguso was well recieved, and are trying to equate this Dr with her, but it seems sneaky. JMO, MOO
