Remember Maisie..this was all during the timeline of giving some sort of psychotic evidence that could be used for his defence. This interview by this witness took place on the 18th November after his trip to hospital .

JH is very knowledgeable about what symptoms were necessary ( did a lot of reading up in his first 3+ months of incarceration ) to demonstrate psychosis ...I am just not buying this ..BUT these doctors can only tell what they saw, heard and has to assume what they are seeing is actual. Self-reporting of patient's is assumed to be honest..But so many cases (especially murderer's on trials for their life) exaggerate or feign systems and report hallucinations..and it's next to impossible for any therapist to say Liar liar pants on fire.. BUT in JH's case he has a long track record of abusing that system starting with Social worker Roth (?spelling) onto Fenton. He was in appearance to want help..but in practice he was not participating ..He wanted them to wave magic wand?????

I wonder if people with anorexia suffer the kind of episodes as JH. Sometimes they can go days without eating or drinking much at all.

Yes I understand what you are saying. It just confuses me how JH was saying he heard voices in Nov 2012 yet two years later he said he had never heard voices.

I do believe he has been told or learned how to act this way. It seems awfully convenient that he has this big episode after being perfectly average in jail beforehand.

I believe he was asked during the Nov. hospitalization----I truly believe he is making it up as he goes along--(I do believe he has some mental illness--just not to the extent that they are trying to get jury to believe)
