This is NOT re-cross where the cross examiner has to restrict questions when cross examining...Initial cross can go into a whole load of things including HOW witness came up with data..opinions..CV informations ( credibility)...King is getting desperate IMO..Don't even know why Judge is allowing this except for appellate reasons??? :thinking:

ETA~~~ Mr. Kings's shoulder's are about up to his ears right now..He's so stressed..maybe someone will offer him one of his Ativan to loosen those shoulder's abit!! Things are not going like he wanted or hoped...LOL TOO BAD SO SAD Booo Hooo!!
