we are at 90 f it is hot!!!!!!

I'm about to bail only because it's cooler downstairs....

Yep -- it's called good pre-trial research & prep. Woe to the defense. This guy is a paragon. Stunning. And he's very polite while he slices & dices.

I know..some on twitter are ASSuming this is re-cross..NOPE!! He's been going after this guy starting in voire Dire prior to allow Expert Status..LOL Def. SHOULD have known that Mr. B. was prepared!!!!!

For those of you who have fallen involve with Mr. B....maybe were can put in the category of Juanderful Martinez ( JA trial/Arizona) BUT still think Juanderful scores higher since he did what B. is doing with Psych witnesses what Juan did with ALL witnesses!! Can't believe how he could have such recall in his head for every witness..No stacks of tables..Just Him and Detective @ his table!!! SO Juan gets A+ and Mr. B. get a B+ ( no pun intended) ROFLMBO

How's Mr. King's leg giggling doing?? He SHOULD BE VERLY VERY Nervous....OR maybe he's to the point of OK..I Give up level now!! There's no way he's going to bring in Dr. Gray now..at least it's more doubtful..:shame:

Maybe instead he should get a doctor who is an expert at Restless Leg Syndrome...

I think there is evidence of him "throwing" the tests that Judge wasn't letting in but now defense has opened door for it. #theatershooting

Anybody recall this?? I'm not so up to speed on prior rulings in the buildup to this case..Sorry :blushing:

Maybe IF Juan could stop his rollodex brain long enough..He no doubt would..because Lord knows he has a sense of humor and compassion..

Mr. K, if you do not know how far into the MMPI questions this witness went, well why don't you know? You have put this guy up there -- why can't he be questioned about what he freakin' did?? Grrrrr.

The DT's butts are in a sling.... IMO. Ouchie, ouchie, ouchie.

Mr. B is still pitching a perfect game IMO.

From what the Judge said now and before, one would think the defense would know not to introduce materials they don't want the State to question. What are they thinking or not thinking.

Mr. King is sure wants to argue.
