Help, opinions? Again on the live chat on Denver 7-they are once again saying GB is too harsh & aggressive. What do they expect a DA is ask a witness? Nothing? Not finding truth or not to show the def. docs are not quite truthful or bias? If they are saying this, does it mean that they believe jh is insane & should not be accountable for the murders & maiming?

From what the Judge said now and before, one would think the defense would know not to introduce materials they don't want the State to question. What are they thinking or not thinking.

They think they can introduce little snapshots here and there and not allow the prosecution to cross. Play nicely Mr King or don't play at all!

YEP!! This professionally is called "INVALID" test results..BUT Defence is attempting to present them as Indicative of some sort of proof or indication of their client's CooKoo Status prior to mass murder.....I say GOOD luck with that....I actually believe in THIS case..They (Prosecution) actually would have accepted ( if true) offer plea to Guilty c/ LWOP IF they in any way felt he was Psychotic and lacked cognitive ability to understand what he was doing was wrong..

Just for the record..I don't always believe ALL prosecutors..some have disappointed me over the past 25 years..BUT in this case..I believe them. Also I'm not on board with DP either..but that's because DP hasn't been legal here in Canada since I can remember....

For me I don't care IF he get DP ( just like Arias case) as long as this misfit never gets to interact in society ever again!! Leaves prison in a Pine Box or whatever they have about 50+ years down the road :moo:

I hate to say this..But does anyone believe that JH was coached how to act/answer in these testings ( numerous) ??? Because he couldn't answer quickly > yet other puzzles didn't even try or was incomplete..I truly am suspicious the defence team coached JH and with-held appropriate information for accurate scores..

Bottomline the defences total CIC is based on Invalid testings thus Expert could be disabled to give anything close to an accurate report!!!

I am on the iPad....and it keeps changing capital letters, spelling, etc. I am sorry. I am thinking of getting a new one, I think this one got a bit fried in a storms few weeks back, but wonder if Apple is coming out with a new iPad this Fall..does anyone know?

I was/am a Juan fan as well, but I must give Mr. B and "A" for his constant gentlemanly attitude towards everyone on the stand. He is so easygoing -- not hard but steady, not rattled, not nasty, etc. And he's just so dayam smart and quick. Wow!

Defendants ARE coached by DT. I am quite sure King is lead.

If it is within your budget, I recommend one of the smaller MacBook Airs. I own two because I love them. Most dependable of any computer or tablet I can think of. Amazingly light weight.
