OMG Constructural tasks ...Me thinks how he set up his apartment speaks to his ability prior to massacre!!!

That poor Witness...He's trying to support Defence..however after the first question by Pros..His assertions crumble....LOL

They are going OUT until Monday July 6th, 2015...I just may go into withdrawal!! LOL

Give jury instructions and go through verdict forms.

Break.

Prosecution closing arguments.

Lunch. (Purchased by court to save time).

Defence closing arguments.

Break.

Prosecution rebuttal arguments.

Give the case to the jury.
