No doubt she is speaking to watching video's of JH..IF she actually did an assessment/interview..you have to know it would be offered as evidence..So seeing is NOT the same as those other experts..She talking about things like us..who watch and make armchair decisions on what we see?? She'd take the biases to declare "POINT" whatever name was attached to her paycheque!!

yes, she just said 'it was settled'.
So now, they're claiming she's testified in 2 criminal trials, but then there was no trial.
This is a real mess.:shame:
Now, she just said in another one it was post conviction, testified to judge.

Just mentioned another she testified but it didn't go to trial.

Laufner- she did not testify-it did not go to trial.
