the only time I get into Seahawks is when they are front and center and winning.....or if I'm at my sisters and forced to watch sports of some kind....

Will someone please explain to me why the defense keeps hammering away at JH manners???? WTH does it matter? Polite people can kill--Ted Bundy had people think highly of him as well....I just don't understand--perhaps its the blonde????

IF nothing else, the defence is alluding to the jury that when placed in a controlled situation, he acted appropriately..alluding to LWOP sentence when they come to that decision...It's the only thing I can think of really ???

No, I don't keep up with tennis. Know who the Williams sisters are and don't like them so.....too bad they both can't lose! Happy for you that the person you like won, though!

Its not brushing/combing - you can tell that she flat irons her hair, but only does it around the front of her hair.

my sister doesn't brush her hair everyday---says it gives her hair more body----:blushing:
I always brush mine --- learned a long time ago you can get major ugly knots in hair if not brushed and long---(bad knots!!!!)

Defence has constantly withheld (Hide the ball) in their CIC..That's called "Sandbagging" and could be sanctioned for it too...Then of course the Judge could very well NOT allow it into evidence.

Well, Mr. K, you know what they say -- An emergency on your part should not make it an emergency on my part. The judge mentions a lot of exhibits -- 30 or so -- not just a few. "Request to exclude is denied." Ouch!! Now they are discussing the type of objection B made...
