I don't think anyone said that JH did not have a mental illness....Sure he does..It's just not considered Legally Insanity level.. He knew it was wrong according to society's standards....I sure wish King would stop that silly laugh..It's getting on my last nerve!!!!!

Thats OK..It was likely on a channel I don't get..Yikes TSN has 6 different channel..I only get 2 or 3 of them..and they are covering men's..OKAY tell me..I think it's likely Serena..

Ohhh for Pete's sake!! She's going to be considered as an Expert..her CV will be entered into evidence..There is no reason for her to bore the jury with her talking all about her studies...None of the other experts spent hours going over their studies..She can give her opinion ( all expert opinions are based on their expertise) based on her experience...GESHH!!

Why would the jury require to visualize what a brain cell looks like?? Results of MRI can be read to the jury..ala..Normal...area's not normal....I use to love Pet Scan's they were so colourful!!
