If I was on this Jury, I would really question all this doctors testimony and believe very little, if any, of the testimony she has put out. It is more about her. I feel she has put a lot of 'words' and what JH had as 'thoughts' out there, but are they actually his words and thoughts or are they what she thinks.

That's a very good point--she does show a lot f bias with her inflections of voice and story telling---We've seen the videos of him and Dr. Reid and he isn't a chatter box---he wasn't all that sharing with Dr. Reid---Some of this you just don't know where to go.

You know I do believe that an armed guard outside of theater would have prevented this---he stopped the minute he saw Law enforcement outside --- he put hands up & gave up really fast. Never would have happened with guard---jmo

But didn't Dr Reid interview JH years later than Gur? I like listening to her. I find her quite knowledgeable. Sorry guys just catching up. I had to stay away from this trial awhile.

I found it hard going for a while when Dr Reid was talking about JH mental health issues.

Defense whole defense is that he was schizophrenic. They based that on the Nov. 12 diagnosis. To them that equals legally insane on July 19 & 20. The sad fact is that they based their whole theory on this one doctor!

he was---That was where it could get tricky depending on how you look at it---she was to see him November 2012 but alas he went "crazy" (lack of my mind being on hold--to offense meant by that term)--and she couldn't see him until December 2012--Medicated But that said I always thought to get the full extent of medications for mental health 4-6 weeks were required?

yes, the first time she saw him was Nov. 19, 2012 & had his episode Nov. 12th.

JH told Gur in August 2014 that he had expected therapists to "fix" his homicidal thoughts. #theatershooting

But he had been on the meds when he met with Dr. Reid--he wasn't chatty then
