I'm sure ColdPizza will start a discussion thread after all is said and done.. There is a thread like that still for Jodi Arias now..So unless we get caught up in another trial..the're always a place to go to talk about JH and his fate..

We will have to search for a new trial!

There are a couple on the horizon -- Gabriel Gaeta -- the 17-yr-old who raped & killed a little girl in the neighborhood; another trial for our friend Drew Peterson for hiring a hit man... and I'll have to go see what else... I'm sure other good WS'ers have some others that they are waiting to see hatch...

Definitely, well, speaking for myself, I hope so! I get very anxious during deliberations. Not only for a decision, but knowing a verdict will come in anytime.

I am worried I will miss the verdict. After not missing a single court session it will really annoy me to miss the verdict!

No, i don't think there will be a hung jury.
I do think they will find JH guilty but I think he will get LWOP.

I do not think they will give him DP...just because of the mental issue.

I think he deserves it however as he knew what he was doing. He planned this way to long, to clever, or so he thought, in getting the ammo, weapons, armor, where he would commit the crime, time, people involved, his apartment. He will be found guilty for sure on that. The DP, I just don't think they will give it to him. However, that being said, life in prison might be worse for him. As for the victims. I am sorry they will not get what they want. Their lives are forever changed and nothing can change that.

Chase Merritt/McStay murders - Curtis Reeves, the grumpy old man that shot a poor man, in a theather for texting, before the movie started! - Robert Durst, if he lives that long. A few more off top of my head, but trial dates not firmly stated. They keep continuing, delaying.

I also think he will get guilty and LWOP. I think I would be ok with that (while accepting it really doesn't matter what I think!). I hope the victims and their families would be able to accept such a sentence.

If he was found NGBRI it would be disappointing as I believe the state have proved their case very well. He knew he was planning a very bad thing yet chose to do it anyway.

IIRC Curtis Reevees won't be tried until Jan 16---could be wrong but think that's what I heard--I know the Judge resigned from the case yesterday

I have ALWAYS missed the verdicts lol.. except for the First Arias Trial...and that's only because I had a text sent to my phone telling me when it came in! lol
