BBM--THIS is what I have long suspected but believed it had never been dx, and if dx never thought it would make it into trial. It's just me, but it is very telling that he was diagnosed with ODD at age 8 and ultimately becomes a mass murderer--puts a huge dent in the insanity plea in my opinion.

ODD if left untreated often develops into CD, both of which are precursors for certain Cluster B adult PD's. I have always believed that JH had features of NPD

So IF he was rejected from all Undergraduate University's..even tho he graduation with honours..WHY didn't he crack then?? Why didn't he start his mission planning back then?? He was known and actually diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder at age 8 for crying out loud?

There is no way. the diagnosis Dr. Gur is applying to him fits into her special box at all!! Dr. B. whoops mean Mr. B. is shining a huge light on all the cracks into her rationale!!

I've quoted your point about the university rejections on Twitter Lyndy. It's an excellent point. If he was headed for psychosis wouldn't that have sent him over the edge?

I don't think will happen today -- the fine Mr. B will have her for a few hours, IMO, and then poor K will try to get her @$$ out of the sling that B has put her in -- and K won't be brief, although he should be... I think it'll be tomorrow. And I assume Colorado courts have a rebuttal argument session for the Prosecution....

GB is so good, breaking down each part of her 1st report to show she did not have enough info to make the diagnosis & insanity claim!
Can she really determine he was insane? I thought that was a legal definition & for jury to decide?

I liked Juan---but I really really like GB---he goes in and gets the job done
