I have no idea--You really can't unhear what you already heard, so I'm at a loss when they throw these things out

I cannot recall which cases I have watched where expert/any testimony got tossed..IIRC It might have been in the retrial of Phil Spectre as one example but I could be mis-remembering...I'll look some up and add later ..

But what happens is the Judge instructs the jury to completely disregard all testimony by whomever..and tho Judge can't unring the bell..Most juror's either already understand why..and that IF testimony is tossed..THEN it's unreliable/biased or totally BS (my word there LOL)

Judge Samour is considering allowing a video.
There is a video of an interview of the gunman by 1 or 2 investigators – they ask how he’s feeling and then to talk about the night before. The gunman talks about hiding under blankets from “the shadows.” He says the shadows poke him and pick him up and do things to him. There is small talk about the Broncos.
"He appears groggy, sleepy, appears to barely be able to keep his eyes open. He is coherent in general... appears to understand the questions that are asked... perhaps under the influence of drugs," Samour said. anica.padilla 7News

Defence has way over-played their hand..including orchestrating opinions by their experts and with-holding information from them and in this video..setting up scenario to prove a point..without possibility of verifying or cross examinations...???????????????

I don't blame this Judge from not allowing it being shown. Now..If they had someone from the State side in there with them and allow then to question during that filming..Maybe different story...

It is so weird to me after watching the Arias & Anthony trial that they (DT & PT) don't look at jurors--they keep their eyes down...
