It is so weird to me after watching the Arias & Anthony trial that they (DT & PT) don't look at jurors--they keep their eyes down...

Actually in the Arias trial..the defence team including Jodi watched the jury constantly..and would jibber jabber with what they observed about some of those juror's ( later got some booted by hook or by crook)...That's what I recall anyway

Oh my goodness! She had a self imposed travel time so couldn't write accurate notes?? I think she made up most of it to fit her grant money scheme....

Let me ask you good people - in all your trial watching, have you ever seen an 'expert' take so long to find something in their notes or reports??? Her report was only 15 pgs. She's taking so long & delaying.

Surely Dr G knew she would be put through an horrific grilling by PT in this case. I wonder how many for-hire experts turned down this thankless job before Dr G accepted it.

Ohhh Boy..Excuses now I had time constraints...ohhh I forgot..Yikes..maybe she did have more than 1 glass of wine at lunch!! This is actually worse than what Mr. B. did to Dr. Woodcock...he was caught on a lot of things..BUT Dr. Gur ( their STAR WITNESS) is being caught on just about every thing she did, wrote, said and is being totally dis-credited.

I doubt this women will ever be asked to testify again in ANY court of law!!!

I'm finally getting a chance to actually listen in on the trial while working and someone mentioned yesterday (sorry, I forgot who it was at the moment) that they thought she was ad libbing and making stuff up off the cuff.... And I'm definitely feeling a lot of that going on.

"My uh time restraints kept me from notating it."
"What type of restraints were you under?"
"Just the time it takes to travel AND write notes."
"Oh, so basically you're referring to the time restraints you put on yourself?"
"Well yes, that's part of it."

ETA: I mean seriously Mr. B! Don't you know how difficult it is to travel ANNNDDD take notes! There's just no time! There's never any time! I couldn't find the time to jot that note down for months and months, in fact."

I just can't believe this so called "expert"---shocking! She appears to be making this up as she goes along.

It amazes me how she doesn't know her report word for word. Dr Reid (sorry I keep mentioning him but he is a tough act to follow!) could recall everything from the 26(?) hours he spent with JH without referring to his notes.
