Gur essentially saying she has a good memory, but didn't have a lot of time to jot down notes and write her reports. #theatershooting

You would think that if she was paid well that her final "report" would be an important part of the end result of what she got paid to do.

The report is usually what these paid expert witnesses turn into the defense as the basis of what they are fixing to testify to.

So why did the defense even allow this witness to get on the stand if they were not happy with the report. Maybe the defense never reviewed it carefully enough before today.

This is crazy and a waste of time. It sounds like she was not prepared at all.

I'm reflecting on the exposure of young JH being diagnosed back when age 8..as Oppositional Defiant Disorder has really clarified JH's personality..This was NO Schizophrenic budding upon reaching that 18-21 age bracket at all..He's always been defiant..and really in his mind hated social involvements...and only tolerated some until HE felt it wasn't worth HIS time anymore...

What do you all think?

Yeah. I agree. They are another victim IMO.

I hope during impact statements someone hammers home to JH the damage he caused to his own parents.

How long do you think this trail will last now? How much longer will this go on?

Mr B is doing the right thing but then King gets up and then Mr B again. I do not see closing for next Mon and Tues unless King is real short.

Mr B has shown that someone else probably wrote the report, even if someone did write the report, the doctor should have gone over and over it to make sure it was correct. This would have also given the doctor a good opportunity to refresh her self with all the info. Hence, we see she did not do any of this. Then the doctor rewriting, rewording, JH remarks....oh my gosh. This goes down with the other lady for FCA from Florida. Do not remember her name.

I cannot believe they want Mr B to give them every page number etc. If the doctor did her work, she should know where her statements are. This show she probably did not write the report. MR B is showing that the doctor is not who she saids and thinks she is and she is not ready. JMO....

I have learned one thing, do not knit a new pattern when listening to this doctor. Sorry son, your hat will not be ready when you visit, I will have to mail it, I need to frog it. Good thing it is still summer. Sigh.

While Defence truly wants to rehabilitate their witness..But will have to consider by repeating her obvious personal interjections/ may just confirm SHE is the Stooge put up their to parrot their agenda...So it could go both ways..Maybe they just may fold up their tents and hope closing will persuade a juror???

Do you think the defense instructed her not to answer GB's questions? All GB was doing was asking her if certain things were or were not on her report. Simple & clear. She would then go off & explain that she knew about it (whatever he asked) or say 'I do not understand' & take 5 min. to locate in her notes or reports.
I've never seen such a display!
I couldn't be a juror, can you imagine what they are thinking but can't talk about it!

:hilarious: I'm laughing at the knitting line....remind me of my sister and her "knitting (crochet--her family refers to it as "knitting")

However, keep in mind I'm watching this--I am not knitting--I'm hoping to collect my neighbors blanket for their new baby when I visit my sister---she is a production!

I think the prosecution said they would need a day for rebuttal. So if King takes up most of tomorrow we should see rebuttal on Friday. Which works out quite well because GB said he didn't want closing arguments to start right before the weekend. He wanted the jury to start deliberations fresh from the arguments. So the jury could start deliberating on Monday afternoon?

What's says it all for me is if JH thought he was doing his victims a big favor why didn't he kill Gardi, Hilary, Ben, sister, parents? Wouldn't they be the first he would kill if it was a good thing. Most true schizophrenics who kill go for Moms first. I think they blame moms for bringing them into the world with their illness. I really think JH was doing some malingering. Yes, mentally ill but knew what he was doing was wrong.

Have to agree that if they diagnosed him way back at 8 with that.

He showed signs of that exact thing during the testimony of his graduate course lab work. Basically being defiant to the point of not participating with other classmates and doing the bare minimum. Until he was forced to give a presentation he would not have even done that.

I agree that his conditions go way back and I really dont think he had a major change before the theatre shooting.

I think he just got fed up with his life and decided it was time to do something dramatic. I bet he had planned something like this back as early as 12-14 and kept putting it in the closet until he got enough nerve to finally do it.

What a bunch of manure!! She has a family obligation.....grandma.....blah, blah, blah....so, hurry up Mr. B!! Forget that!! Tell her to just answer the question! This trial is not about her....no matter how hard she tries to make it be! King and her cooked up this "she has to leave" over the break....I think the judge saw right through them!

You have hit a few nails on the head..This is why Intelligent Mentally Ill folks are so dangerous..They manipulate and use their prowess to USE others to get to their goal.

This Star Witness is not just unprofessional..She's clueless..She does NOT realize that JH used and manipulated her..Or worse..She does and will never admit it!!

IF he truly felt like she is suggesting..and her parents had reached out and wanted to get together with him in August ( as per emails)..then by pattern..He would have waited until August to put his parent's out of their misery ..never mind blame them for bringing him into this Hellish on earth existence.....He's not Insane..Just manipulative..and his defence Team are no different and it ain't working IMO!!
