First degree murder for second degree

Second degree for manslaughter.

Ok, didn't want to interrupt GB opening but,
they are back. Defense wants lesser included 2nd degree & manslaughter????????
Are they drunk? 2nd is no pre-med!!! manslaughter?? no way!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jury has 165 charges to decide on already.
Now, they will be added all the charges for 2nd degree & all the charges on manslaughter.

This will be so messed up!
On the 165 charges, they can decide 1st, 2nd degree & manslaughter.
So, it could be all over the place. A few could be 1st, some could be 2nd, some could be manslaughter.

And it will take forever for the jury to go through each one and decide.

Yes, it will. They had a big job already. Each murder victim has 2 counts, so they need a verdict on each of those 2 alone. 24 verdicts. Then the balance of the rest of the charges! Oh my!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't see how, if JH is found not guilty of 1st degree murder because he couldn't form the intent (due to his mental state), how he can be found guilty on 2nd degree which would also need intent! Am I making sense?
