We don't have a very large garden. We want a climbing frame too so we decided on a single swing. James doesn't like going outside very much so we are trying to coax him with fun things. We did have a trampoline but he refused to go on it because it gave him static shocks lol!

A delay is typical -- but I've never heard of a 3-hour delay. Often the court principals are back in their offices, etc., waiting and the court is "at ease," but even in the Michael Jackson's doctor's trial in LA, there was not a 3 hour delay.
