It makes me wonder if JH purposely putting on a show in his cell knowing he was on camera.

I wonder if he even conversed with an attorney before this and maybe asked if it would be good to try to act up to look more crazy than he really was.

Its either that or he was just mad at being in his cell so long.

No matter what, this is AFTER THE KILLINGS.

Its important to remember that this evidence happened after the killings. The only evidence I would consider as a juror would be evidence of his behavior before the killings. This is not reliable to me because I dont know how much he maybe faking or putting on a show. Or just throwing a tantrum because he is locked up.

yes, he didn't act in this way before the murders! Only after jailed! Solitary does mess up an inmate. This behavior isn't that unusual for prisoners in solitary, they go nuts! Some even try to kill themselves & some succeed.

I honestly think it was either just a show OR he could have been just throwing a tantrum from being locked up.

Unless the DT can show me examples of this kind of behavior BEFORE the murders, I am throwing out this evidence.

We won't know who #theatershooting jurors r during/after deliberations. Alternates sequestered & return 4 verdict (& sentencing, if needed)

And didn't this witness say they stopped the 24/7 videos of shooter the end of August 2012?

This video was at the Denver Health Centre ..in the jail portion of it..Guess this hospital being so close to the jail often has prisoner's who get sick or injured so have a special place to maintain them for security sake.

Was this when he was put on the restraint chair? Is that what's happening? It's not perfectly clear to me either.

I suppose if a person was trying to think "what should I do to make myself look crazy" smearing faeces would be top of the list. In my opinion.
